I was lucky enough to be recommended Erin through my rental property at the time to work with on purchasing my first home. Erin provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the process from start to finish. She willingly answered any questions I had, even ones I asked multiple times. She was responsive and easy to get in touch with. While I appreciated all of these attributes immensely, perhaps what was most important to me really was who Erin is as a person. I was very anxious going through this process and was not in a huge rush. Erin made me feel comfortable, never made me feel rushed or pressured, listened through my concerns and second guesses, and helped to ease a lot of my anxiety. I would recommend Erin without reservation for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Not only will you have a hard worker on your side, but you will have someone who truly cares about you throughout the process and all of its ups and downs.

"We loved Ethan. It could have gone sideways: he was assigned to us as part of a relocation package/service. He didn’t know us, we didn’t know him. We knew we’d know our house when we saw it but we proved remarkably bad at describing that house in advance. We didn’t know Rochester or its neighborhoods or its real-estate traditions and practices (delayed negotiations? List prices that mean little? No inspection? - all new to us). Ethan listened to us carefully and adjusted our search parameters accordingly, informed us wisely, argued gently against our more impulsive choices, worked tirelessly for us - always in good humor and always effectively. We are very grateful that he was our introduction to Rochester"
